Great place, always well stocked. Lots of options for food and treats. DIY dog wash is just $10 and always has a spot, no waiting in queue or being rushed by people waiting. Regular promos for more expensive food brands for dogs which is always nice to have. Staff are polite and friendly always happy to pet the doggos around

We dropped into Petstock Ballina over the weekend with our dog to purchase a new harness for her. We had the pleasure of Maya assisting us. She was amazing! She went out of her way to find exactly what we wanted/needed and she even fitted it for us. I also purchased a hands free lesh which I love. Awesome Service!
